Luiz Carlos’s Trabuco and His Contributions to Banking

     Luiz Carlos Trabuco was born on October 6th in his country home Brazil. He became president of Bradesco Bank which is the 2nd largest private bank in Brazil for nine years. Currently, he is the chairman of the board of directors of Banco Bradesco.Earfly 2015 Luiz was considered an entrepreneur in the finance by Isto E Dinheiro Magazine during that year. He later joined the list of than 100 most influential Brazilians in the country, and he was listed among the best CEOs in Brazil by the American Forbes Magazine.

Luiz Carlos Trabuco graduated from a university in Brazil where he got a degree in Socio-Psychology. His interest in the banking career began when he was at the age of 17, and he started as a clerk at Banco Bradesco. For 15 years he went through various, and he became a marketing director, during this time the bank’s communication was recognized by many agents as modernized and a closer relationship grew with the media. This also enhanced the productivity of the company.

He was in charge of the banks marketing for eight years and later promoted to be the CEO of Bradesco Vida Preevidencia, this was privately owned company that was majorly focusing on the private pension of the company. In 1998 he was elected by the members to be the Managing Director of Banco job.  Luiz Carlos Trabuco took the position of the president of Bradesco which is also under other companies like capitalization.

During his time he supported the launching of Bradesco’s share on the New York Stock Exchange in the same period, the insurance company increased its performance in the groups result from 25% to 35% making it be the largest in the sector in Latin America, it was also during this time that one of the most extensive marketing action of the group was held at Lagoa Christmas Tree in Rio de Janeiro which was sponsored by Bradesco Seguros for 20 consecutive years.

With 40 years of experience in the bank and has held different positions, Luiz Carlos Trabuco was appointed the 4th president of the bank after the death of its founder Amador Aguiar. In October Luiz Carlos was appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bradesco, with the appointment he began to take the new position of the president of the bank. He became the 3rd President of the Administrative Council after Amador Aguiar and Lazaro de Melo Brandao.
